TRAINING – How it works
Prior to Installation:
• VoicePro/The Sater Group Customer Service Representative contacts you to
discuss training services
• Together you will create an exciting learning experience customized to your staff
• Training consists of classes at your facility of approximately 10 employees sharing
similar job duties or using the same model of phone
• System functions will be thoroughly discussed and activation of various features
will be demonstrated
• Time permitting, each staff member will have a "hands-on" experience
ON-GOING TRAINING
• Your CSR is always available to provide additional assistance
• There is no additional cost, as long as you are covered by VoicePro/The Sater Group's Support Agreement
• Training Support is included Free of Charge for One Full Year!
